Villa Borbone takes its name from the original owner, Princess Maria Teresa of the Spanish Royal House of Bourbon. Such illustrious connections continued in the 19th century when Napoleon's sister, Elisa Baciocchi, used it as a hunting lodge.

The Villa's elegance has been retained with ancient furniture, even if at the same time it offers all modern comforts - personal bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, mini-bar and outside swimming-pool. Although the Villa accommodates up to 16 guests (5 double and 3 twin rooms), we are happy to take individual bookings.

Only 10 minutes from the beautiful walled city of Lucca, the Villa is situated in the classic Tuscan countryside, with marvellous views from its spacious terrace towards the Versilian coast (Elba Island, Leghorn). It is just 30 minutes from Pisa and 60 minutes from Florence.
